BDL3651T - Common Procedures

How to perform a factory reset:

This function allows you to clear all user data and settings. Only the data stored in the internal storage will be cleared and cannot be recovered, the data includes the device settings, installed APPs, APPs’ data, downloaded files, music, photos and all data under”/data”. However, the data stored on the USB and SD card will not be cleared.
  1. Access the OSD menu by pressing the HOME button on the remote 
  2. Access the Android menu. Password is 1, 2, 3, 4
  3. Navigate to Settings -> Signage Display -> System Tools -> Reset
  4. Highlight Factory Reset and press OK.
  5. Press OK to confirm.
  6. Wait for the system to reset and auto reboot.
