To export and send whiteboard content via email, follow these steps:
  1. Save the Whiteboard Content:

    • Use the whiteboard’s save function to save your current content. You can choose the format, such as PDF or image.
  2. Select the Email Option:

    • Go to the export options available on the whiteboard interface.
    • Choose the "Email" option. This will typically prompt you to enter the recipient’s email address.
  3. Configure SMTP Settings:

    • Ensure that the SMTP settings are correctly configured within the device's network settings. This allows the whiteboard to communicate with your email server.
    • Input the following SMTP details (if required):
      • SMTP Server: The server address provided by your email service.
      • Port: Usually 587 for TLS/STARTTLS or 465 for SSL.
      • Email Username and Password: Your email login credentials for authentication.
      • From Address: The email address that will appear as the sender.
      • SSL/TLS: Enable if required by your email server.
  4. Send the Email:

    • Once the SMTP settings are set up, you can use the whiteboard interface to enter the recipient’s email address and send the saved file directly.
    • The whiteboard will use the configured email server to send the file as an attachment.

Make sure that the network connection is active and that the SMTP settings are correct to ensure the email is sent successfully. If you encounter any issues, double-check the email server details with your IT department or email provider.
