xxHFL5011 TV IR indicator blinks forever and unresponsive to remote

Overview

xxHFL5011 TV Unresponsive to Remote issue is usually caused by an Outdated Software version running on the TV.

TV software must be updated to the latest software version during installation, to avoid issues caused by outdated Software from occurring.


Reviving TV that blinks forever and unresponsive to issue


If the TV is already unresponsive the, the TV need to be forced updated using a model specific NVM Reset Procedure (see https://support.westan.com.au/portal/kb/articles/xxhfl5011-nvm-reset-procedure)


NVM Reset Procedure on xxHFL5011 will wipe out all configuration from your TV.
After this procedure, you need to either reconfigure the TV or apply a Master clone file onto the TV

Preventing other TVs to have the same issue


TV software need to be updated to the latest Software version.
