BDL3651T intermittently become unresponsive in wave and can't be controlled via sicp

To prevent any intermittent issue that may be build up over time, turn the auto restart feature on the screen on

Home 1888 to go to Android menu
Settings->Signage Display->System Tools->Auto Restart-> set a time that you want to reboot the screen daily
