BDL4550D built in Android video doesn't get relayed via DVI Out interface
Unlike the xxBDL4050D where the built in Android video was relayed to the DVI-D Out interface, the xxBDL4550D doesn't do this because of design reason.
So.. there's no configuration that can be done to enable this.
